Joe with a Barracuda

This is Joe with the Barracuda that he caught. He was fishing on the bottom for Snapper and Grouper when he caught this one. The Barracuda fought hard and we weren't sure at first what he had caught. Then we realized it was a Barracuda. These are hard fighting fish with large teeth and fun to catch but not to eat. You have to be careful unhooking this fish. One wrong move and a few less fingers.

He still had a good time even though he was going home hungry!! Maybe next time Joe... In world of fishing you are not always eating well. That just means he will have to come back.
